Water is Key: 131 Hydration System

WATER!  Your body needs it.  Your body craves it.  You can’t live without water.  Water is essential in daily bodily function.  The average person fails to drink enough water each day.  Either it’s not a habit or we don’t track it.  With the 131 Hydration System you can successful increase your water intake and have a way to track it.  Want to learn more?     131 Water Bottles

The 131 Hydration System created by Chalene Johnson is your answer.  Check out how beautiful these bottles are!  Each bottle is made of stainless steel and is double wall plus vacuum insulated inside.  If you purchase the system you will receive the 3 water bottles pictured here along with a black carrying bag.131 Bottle Bag  Fill up the bottles in the morning and your water will stay chilled for up to 12 hours.  Each bottle is 25 ounces (750 ml) and measures 11.34 inches tall – 2.8 inches wide.  This means the bottles fit in your car cup holder.  My only complaint is the screw top.  I constantly lose the caps.  When that happens it’s treasure hunt time which actually gets me more steps on my FitBit.  Glass half full.  As of September 25, 2018 you can purchase the water bottle system for $64.95.  This is an amazing deal as most stainless steel water bottles you’ll find on Amazon are at least $30 a piece.  Seems like the bigger the bottle the more they cost.  Speaking of Amazon you can’t find these bottles anywhere but on the link above.  Go check it out and grab one.  Finish out the year strong with adding more water to your daily routine.

Pumpkin Spice Coffee At Home

Fall is officially here!  While it’s not my favorite season it means that Christmas is that much closer, which IS my favorite holiday – that’s another story for another day.  On that note, I do love everything pumpkin.  Yes, I’m one of those people.  I’ll try anything labeled pumpkin spice once.  I’m a fan of Starbuck’s Pumpkin Spice Lattes but have yet to drink one.  The rumors are true.  They aren’t healthy or good for your body at all.  Instead I’ve found something that still gives me the feeling of drinking pumpkin without all the crap.  Are you ready?!?

unsweetened + dairy-free creamer

Now…I should clarify.  This will not taste exactly like a Pumpkin Spice Latte but may satisfy your craving for one.  I wasn’t able to find this in the grocery store but did on Amazon.  Check it out by clicking HERE.

Since this creamer is unsweetened I found something to add that adds the sweetness missing.  PUMPKIN SPICE STEVIA DROPS!

Sooooooo to make the perfect cup of pumpkin spice coffee I mix 2 tablespoons Pumpkin Spice Nut Pod Creamer and 5 drops of the Pumpkin Spice Stevia Drops in to an 8 ounce cup of coffee. There you have it. An at home healthier version of the Pumpkin Spice Latte. Enjoy!

Welcome!

For a while I’ve been thinking about starting my own official blog to share things health, fitness and life related.  After having my second (and last) baby I’ve been on a mission to get my body to a healthy state.  It’s been a little over 2 years and I’m nowhere close to where I want to be.  Over time I’ve realized that you may not ever be where you want to be.  It’s all about the journey and steps taken.  Mindset is important too.  My journey has had ups and downs but overall I can look back and say I’ve improved.  I want to continue to improve and use this blog to share.

What you won’t see on the blog is half naked photos of me and weight tracking.  What you will see is a lot of sharing.  I’ll share products I love, things I love to do and what is (or has) helped me in my health journey.  Thanks for stopping by — hope to ‘see’ you soon!
